Nest 26 is a design and styling studio founded by Soo and Svetlana. We provide home styling, design consultation, and related services (“Services”) that help you create a home that feels grounded, balanced, and uniquely yours.

Website Use

All content on this website (including text, images, and graphics) belongs to Nest 26 unless otherwise stated. You may view, download, or print content for personal use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission. You must not use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Booking & Services

All bookings made through our website or via direct communication are subject to confirmation. Prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change at any time without notice. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked session may incur a cancellation fee.

Consultations & Advice

Our services and advice are intended as design guidance and recommendations only. Final decisions regarding implementation, purchases, and installations are the responsibility of the client. Nest 26 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of our advice or product recommendations.

Product Sourcing

When we recommend or source products from third parties, we do so in good faith based on quality and suitability. We are not responsible for third-party products, their availability, delivery, or performance.

Payments

Payments can be made by the methods stated on our invoices or booking pages. Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated. Late payments may delay project progress or incur additional fees. All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, including photos, mood boards, styling guides, and visual concepts created by Nest 26, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The imagery shown in this website is shared for inspiration and educational purposes only. All photos are either licensed for use, credited to their original creators, or sourced from royalty-free image libraries. If any image belongs to you and you’d like it credited or removed, please contact us — we’re always happy to update and acknowledge the original work.

Limitation of Liability

Nest 26 is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our website or services, delays caused by third parties, or reliance on any design recommendations made by us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
